My Life in 20 Seconds

I grew up in New York but have been living in South Florida for the last eight years, where I work full-time as a Supply Chain Manager.

I played Division 1 tennis at Stony Brook University. Instead of focusing on training and classes, I spent my days indulging a bit too much in the party scene. Predictably, this lifestyle led to me flunking out after two years.

By some miracle, I transferred to Florida Atlantic University (FAU), where I turned things around and truly redeemed myself.

In April 2022, I married my incredible wife, and in August 2023, we welcomed our beautiful baby girl.

I’ve faced a host of challenges since my teenage years: ADHD, anxiety, depression, chronic overthinking, and excessive procrastination. It’s been quite the journey!

Thankfully, these challenges have fueled my passion for self-improvement. I’m obsessed with finding ways to grow across various areas and subjects in my life, including productivity, marketing, business, writing, fitness, diet & longevity, personal finance, networking, and personal development.

What Is This Website?

After hitting one of the lowest points in my life nearly a year ago, I discovered a deep-seated passion for writing and sharing the lessons I learn each day.

Out of this realization, brandonstone.net was born.

Selfishly, I’ve found there is no better way to grow than to write and teach what you’ve learned; it’s the best method to make new knowledge stick and improve skill sets.

On the other hand, I believe that sharing these insights can significantly impact your life. We all possess immense potential, and it’s my goal to help others unlock theirs.

On this site, I share my thoughts and knowledge on the skills, strategies, and tools I apply across various aspects of my life. This information is sourced from books, podcasts, mentors, and my own experiences.
